American Corner Trieste Activities are always Free and Open to the Public.

Mon. Feb. 20th
10 am and 1 pm FILM - THE BLIND SIDE - For Black History Month
Shows in English at 10 am and 1 pm at American Corner Trieste.  
Free and Open to the Public.

Tues. Feb. 21st 
10 am - Mom & Baby Survival Italian - Just arrived in Trieste, don't speak much Italian, You are Italian, are home with your baby and want to meet other Moms?  Come on down and bring the baby.

10 am - Short Story Club - We'll discuss  Desegregating College Football.  USC Trojan Football Team, 1970 by Jason Lewis, LA Sentinel.     The story behind the winning team that broke the color barrier in college football.  


Thurs. Feb. 23rd
10 am - Mom & Baby Playdate in English

10 am - Maker Space - make it, sew it, fix it with friends.  We're learning how to Knit Hats and Sew Carnival Costumes.  Bring a project. Ask for advice.  Learn how to sew or knit.  Teach someone how to knit or sew.  We have 3 Singer Sewing Machines, Knitting Needles and Craft Materials.

10 am - Survival Italian for Adults - not a formal Class, but a a way for you to learn what you need to get by. 
 23/02, 8 pm - Women’s Book Club – Discussing Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty. Send an email to aia.fvg@gmail.com to participate.

CLOSED for CARNIVAL VACATION:
Friday, February 24th until Wednesday, March 1st.  
We reopen on Thursday, March 2nd.
NO Classes, NO Activities, NO Administration during the break.
