* Giulia Iannuzzi svolge attività di ricerca nel campo della letteratura contemporanea sui temi della fantascienza e cultura popolare, delle relazioni culturali tra USA e Italia; della storia editoriale, delle relazioni tra scrittura letteraria, editoria e nuovi media; dell'interdisciplinarità negli studi letterari.
Laureata in Lettere moderne a Milano, dottore di ricerca in Scienze Umanistiche, indirizzo italianistico, presso l'Università di Trieste (2012). Attualmente titolare di un assegno di ricerca europeo sul progetto: Traduzioni e trasposizioni: la creazione di un immaginario fantascientifico tra USA e Italia. Un percorso di studio e divulgazione; advisor: prof. Leonardo Buonomo; struttura: AREA Science Park - Dipartimento di Studi umanistici dell'Università di Trieste.
Ha partecipato a numerosi convegni nazionali e internazionali; oltre a vari saggi in volume e rivista, nel 2009 ha pubblicato L'informazione letteraria nel web. Tra critica, dibattito, impegno e autori emergenti, con prefazione di Gian Carlo Ferretti (Biblion edizioni, Milano).
