US AIR FORCE EUROPE JAZZ ENSEMBLE “ Check Six” – July 8, 2012, 9 p.m., Piazza Cavana -Trieste
Celebrate Independence Day in Style (a couple days later)!
Thanks to the US Consulate Milan, the US Air Force Europe Jazz Band “Check Six” will perform a free concert for the public. This premier jazz ensemble based in
will delight us with the
smooth sounds of the 40’s and 50’s and the music that their founder, Major
Glenn Miller, was so famous for. Take a
walk down memory with this 13 piece group, with such favorites as “In the Mood”,
6- Pennsylvania 5000”,
“Route 66”. In honor of July 4th, we might be
able to convince them to play Stars & Stripes Forever!

, Valentina, and Nagma
have been doing a fantastic job! Cristina,
